Refund policy

Unless otherwise specified in the item description or communicated with the buyer prior to shipping, all purchases are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only if the item is in the same condition and/or packaging as at the time of purchase. PiXEL-RETRO reserves the right to make this determination. This warranty covers defective products only. The defect must be demonstrated with proof provided by the buyer. Shipping costs are covered by PiXEL-RETRO. Exchange (if possible), store credit, or refund will be offered at the discretion of PiXEL-RETRO.
